    William John (Bill) O'Shea was born in Sydney, Australia, and is a self-taught artist with a commercial background. He is one of Australia's best selling artists, known for his depiction of Australian landscapes, painted in a traditional style. He taught at the School of Graphic Art in Sydney and has exhibited both at home in Australia and abroad.
