- Original 1970's oil painting on board, depicting a seascape under an atmospheric sky, with two historic sailing barges in the foreground, and a 20th century freight container ship passing by in the background. - Framed and ready to hang, in a bold moulded ornate gilt period frame- Painting size 60cm x 45cm (approx. 23 5/8 inches x 17 3/4 inches)- Frame size 69.5cm x 54.5cm (approx. 27 3/8 inches x 21 1/2 inches)- The painting is in excellent condition- The frame has some very minor nibbles here and there, including to one or two of the corners, commensurate with age, otherwise it is in excellent condition- Centrepiece painting- Excellent investment- Would make a truly original gift
