  • Original oil painting on canvas depicting a view of 'Malaspina Strait' in British Columbia, Canada, by the highly regarded, listed Canadian artist Karl Emile Wood (1944-1990), whom was was born in the city of Winnipeg, in the province of Manitoba, Canada and turned to painting as a profession in 1964. 

     
    This painting comes with its original invoice/proof of provenance, it was purchased, along with a second painting by the same artist, in 1980 from a Canadian gallery, and was taken to Geneva, Switzerland where the purchaser lived
