Rare classic original vintage 1960's open edition print of a Spanish flamenco dancer, from the original oil painting entitled 'Danza Andaluza' by the English impressionist artist John Strevens (1902-1990). John Frederick Lloyd Strevens was born in London, and was a self-taught, who rose to great prominence in the 1960's, when his work was so popular that many of his paintings were made into prints. He painted mainly in oils, and his work was exhibited widely including regularly at the prestigious Royal Academy and the Paris Salon. He also had numerous one-man exhibitions in England, Spain and widely throughout the United States.
