    - Initialled 'D.C.' by the artist, and dated 1843, lower left
    - Framed, glazed and ready to hang in a gilt moulded wooden frame, with gilt-trimmed deep mount
    - Frame size 41cm x 30.5cm (approx. 16 1/8 inches x 12 inches)
    - The painting has light foxing across the surface of the work
    - The frame has some rubbing to the gilt, otherwise it is sound and in very good condition
