This original work was created in 1984, is entitled 'February in The Langdale Valley', and is by the listed Yorkshire artist Angus Rands (1922-1985)Angus Bernard Rands was born in Ilkley in Yorkshire and worked as a business representative before becoming a full-time artist in 1960. He was a self-taught artist who was best known for his landscape paintings of Yorkshire and the North of England
